What you'll be doing

This role sits at the centre of Fintech Farm's complexity. You'll work directly with the founders and senior leadership on the company's most critical priorities — unlocking growth, improving execution, and building the systems that allow us to scale globally.

This is not a coordination role. You'll own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from structuring ambiguous problems to driving execution and delivering measurable outcomes across markets and functions.

Growth & revenue

Identify, test, and scale new growth and revenue opportunities across markets. Build repeatable, data-driven channel playbooks that scale across acquisition, onboarding, and monetisation.

Cross-market execution

Bridge central product teams with local markets to ensure effective go-to-market execution. Translate customer and partner insights into clear product requirements and roadmap inputs.

Operating model

Define and evolve the operating model — ensuring clear ownership, fast decision-making, and strong execution discipline as we scale to 50+ markets.

Two halves: 30 minutes discussing your experience and approach, followed by 30 minutes on a live problem-solving exercise. Think MBB-style, candidate-led. We want to see how you structure and work through ambiguity, not whether you arrive at a perfect answer.

Case study
Take-home · Presented back to Andrey Ivasiuk
After the technical interview, you'll receive a data exercise to complete in your own time. This tests your analysis and deduction skills. Once done, you'll present your findings back to Andrey on a separate call — walk us through your thinking, not just your conclusions.
