Since 2020, we've launched in India, Vietnam, Morocco, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and Kyrgyzstan — serving more than 4 million customers. Our ambition: 50+ markets, 100M+ users globally. One of our Founders co-founded Monobank, one of Europe's most successful neobanks at 10M+ customers.
This role sits at the centre of Fintech Farm's complexity. You'll work directly with the founders and senior leadership on the company's most critical priorities — unlocking growth, improving execution, and building the systems that allow us to scale globally.
This is not a coordination role. You'll own cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from structuring ambiguous problems to driving execution and delivering measurable outcomes across markets and functions.
Identify, test, and scale new growth and revenue opportunities across markets. Build repeatable, data-driven channel playbooks that scale across acquisition, onboarding, and monetisation.
Bridge central product teams with local markets to ensure effective go-to-market execution. Translate customer and partner insights into clear product requirements and roadmap inputs.
Define and evolve the operating model — ensuring clear ownership, fast decision-making, and strong execution discipline as we scale to 50+ markets.
You'll work directly with founders and senior leadership — the people shaping where Fintech Farm goes next.
